My event is time management I selected it because
I had taught English lesson for KG 2 and I faced some problems with manage my
time.

Describe
I taught
Kg2-4 English lesson, and it was about Retell a story – beginning, middle,
ending. When I introduced my lesson, I spent more
time on the carpet area rather than learning centers. I taught the children
three things during the carpet area time reviewing the ABC song and I focus on letter J because it was the
letter of the week. Read the story about goldilocks and three bears. Too
much circle time and I lost the kid's attention.

Analyze:
I think some of the children didn't understand the
story because I spoke quickly and I asked hard questions to them. I had a
long time of talking and they got less time of speaking. To have a good
lesson it is needed to be the child involvement. I saw the children enjoying when I involve them
with the drama that was related to the story

Appraise:
I want to build my time management skill
when I'm introducing my lesson. I think if I used an alarm that will help me
to know how much a period of time that must be in the carpet area and
learning centers.

Transform
Next lesson, I think I should have an alarm and
use it to remind me about the time.
