A Day in The Life of Child who has Exceed Cognitivel Level Expectations



I asked the mentor to tell me about the  good student  in class and she suggested Nouf.

Nouf  choose the story and she began to read  her story and she  explained her story.

 she  interacts with her friends with the song and she do some movements into her hands to help her save the number.

Through my observation of Nouf, I found many advantages in this student such as she working hard in her class and she helps her friends. . Also, the parameter  encouraged  Nouf to submit the best when she had to do an activity. She was feel excited and she trying to finishing quickly. So I prefer this way because the students like when they are exposed to the praise and encouragement. In addition, I learned from my observation, the  students who they  good or the students weak. they are need indictment, encouragement and praise for their work to reach for success.

They  learning Science, I see It’s very important because they will know many things about the  trees  and how can it  grow.

3. What special skills /training does the teacher need?

I think she needs to diversity in activities.

4. What special equipment/facilities/resources are needed?

Bring some live sources as sand.

5. Ask a child what they enjoy about this class. Ask them what they learn?

When  they were planting trees and they learn who can it grow.


6. Do you notice any special teaching strategy that the teacher uses?

Actually, I haven't seen any special strategy that teacher use.

 

7. Does the teacher use strategies which are different from their main teacher?

No.

8. What did you enjoy about the lesson?


It's nice when they put their trees on the window to reach the sunlight on their trees. , I liked that.

 Playing  with musical  instruments and when they were sang.

Actually, I haven't seen any special strategy that teacher use.

Yes, she acts, action and explain the song physically.

8. What did you enjoy about the lesson?
I see this the favourite lesson for students because they change their routine.

The teacher tells to the students about the activity that they will do and she always diversity of activities provided by them. Students taking for 15 min to do any activity and they are always in groups.After this observation I did interview  with Nouf and were as follows:

Teacher cast salute to all students then she use a tool (Tambourine) to help her to collect the students then she go with them to the morning queue.

They are very obedient to the teacher and they follow the rules of class.

Through my observation I learned that the best way with students is  encourage them by use the encouraging phrases to motivate them. Also, I had noticed the teacher used a lot of phrases encouraging  like when she say well done, good work and excellent and a lot of students feel joy when they  hear to these words.

Wonderful events













In every monday  morning the teachers gives certificate  to the students who had good working in the last week. This week they choose Sultan who is in my class.
